Returns & Exchanges

At Big Blue, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Big Blue account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email confirmation and secure it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; you will receive a notification once our warehouse team has processed your refund.
